The House of the Dead 2 is a 1998 light gun shooter video game developed by Sega AM1 and published by Sega for arcades on the Sega NAOMI system. It is the second installment of the House of the Dead series, and a direct sequel to the original House of the Dead, released in 1997. The story picks up slightly over a year after the original game, and follows several AMS agents investigating a zombie outbreak in Italy.
